Corefact EDDM FAQs

Every Door Direct Mail, or EDDM, lets users target audiences without purchasing a mailing list or printing specific addresses on their mail pieces. We've created a handy document outlining some of the most frequently asked EDDM questions.

Your Every Door Direct Mail must follow these guidelines:
- The PDF design must be a 6” x 11” or 6” x 12” postcard or a 8.5” x 11” flat mailer.
- Mailing area is selected by carrier route (or a subsection of a ZIP code). For more information, visit USPS.com/everydoordirectmail.
- Use EDDM Retail Indicia, a postage payment mark, instead of a regular postage or meter stamp. Download a ready-to-use EDDM Retail Indicia.
